When you request a price quote, but do not place an order after that, your data will be deleted after a maximum of one year of inactivity. If you dp place an order, your data will be deleted or converted after 7 years so that they are no longer traceable to you as a person. Meplushyou must keep the information of your order (your invoice) for seven years, as obligated by the Dutch Tax Authorities (fiscal storage obligation).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Meplushyou will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
